Description:
Barrel/Cow Horse Prospect
Very athletic little mare. Goldfingers, Jackie B, Goer, Three Bars, Go Man Go, Leo, etc in her pedigree. I have this mare priced higher because she is the one I would choose to keep of my fillies for sale. Her full sister was a fantastic all around horse and has points & awards in halter, showmanship, WP, horsemanship, barrels & keyhole. She was a stellar games horse and though retired, she is still used for gathering and sorting cattle, ponying colts, and as a lesson horse.
Mia is broke, been used in the pasture to gather and sort. She knows her leads, bends/flexs, good stop and back, tracking cattle and trotting the barrel pattern really well. If it ever dries up in my arena, she is ready to start loping it.
Leads, ties, bathes, loads & hauls great. Been to several arenas. Had her feet trimmed regularly, UTD on shots and dewormings.
**Her tail was chewed off last Christmas. It was really thick and almost to the ground! Already grown back to well below her hocks (pics are from this spring). Will be long and thick before next spring! I'll get current pics up here soon! |
